On Tuesday evening, we will begin offering a weekly workshop, which will end on April 22nd, during which we will spend one hour in meditation and another hour creating a mandala. The image we create will be a spontaneous image coming from the light inside as we complete our meditation..
There will be instruction in meditation including various styles, including silent and guided. Participants will have time to ask questions and to experiment on which style they prefer. The history of mandala creation will also be included with research to be encouraged on the meanings of the shapes and colours.
Meditation and Mandalas is a highly therapeutic process of self healing which clearly is transportable and adaptable for everyone.
